The Riehener Zeitung (RZ) reports since 1922 as a subscribed weekly newspaper about the events in the two basel-urban-rural communities Riehen and Bettingen. Every Friday, the RZ offers exciting, informative and entertaining articles from the cultural, political, social, commercial and sporting life in the community. It is an important platform for institutions, associations, and associations in Riehen and also acts as a forum and opinion leader for all readers and the parties. Since January 2017, two compact pages with community information and advertisements of the municipalities Riehen and Bettingen are published weekly.
